I had a warranty problem with it, they ended up getting it fixed. It did take a few days though, so I had to be a bit patient.

"Tired of chasing down spare parts"
I got worn out trying to find replacement parts for this. I checked around and couldn’t find them anywhere, which was frustrating because it felt like one more thing to deal with after the product already needed fixing.
"Charging speed is good"
I ordered from yosepower.com mostly because I needed a spare battery, and the charging speed has been better than I expected. It’s not crazy fast or anything, but it charges in a reasonable amount of time and I can usually get back out for another ride the same day.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the last part of the charge feels a bit slow, and I do think a quick explanation or apology for that would’ve been nice if it’s normal. Still, overall I’m happy with it so far

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered a battery from yosepower.com, but it ended up not fitting my bike the way I expected. The return instructions were easy to follow, though I did have to send a couple of emails before I got a proper answer. Not ideal, but to be fair, they were polite once they got back to me.
The refund did come through in the end, it just took longer than I was hoping. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not exactly smooth either. Overall, I think 3 stars feels about right...

I got a battery from Yosepower a little while ago, and so far it’s been working well. I’ve taken it out on a few rides around my usual loop, including a couple of hills near the grocery store, and the voltage has stayed steady the whole time. No sudden drops or anything weird, even when I’m pushing it a bit. I’m taking off one star because the shipping took longer than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking like a weirdo during lunch breaks. But the battery itself seems solid so far

"Battery seemed fine, but the mount was a no-go"
The battery itself showed up in good shape, and that’s mostly what I was paying attention to at first. But once I went to install it, the mounting plate just didn’t line up with my bike frame at all. Maybe I missed something in the fit details, but either way it wasn’t going to work for me. I ended up having to send it back, which was frustrating.

I ordered from yosepower.com and the instructions were kinda confusing right from the start. A few steps seemed like they were missing, and the wording didn’t really match up with the parts I had in front of me. I ended up having to guess a bit and look things up online. The product itself might be fine, but the guide made the whole experience frustrating.

The motor seemed kind of weak from day one, and it’s only gotten worse. It slows down even on small hills, which makes me wonder if maybe it’s not getting enough power or there’s something off internally, but I can’t say for sure. Either way, it doesn’t feel like it’s performing the way it should.

"Website left me unsure about ordering"
I tried using Yosepower on my phone, it was frustrating. Some pages loaded really slowly, and there were moments where I wasn’t sure if the site was frozen or if I just needed to wait longer.
Finding the right battery was harder than I expected too. I kept hoping the filters would narrow things down and make me feel more confident, but I still had to click around a lot just to compare options.
By the time I got to checkout, I still didn’t feel totally sure I had picked the right item. The process didn’t really reassure me, so I ended up leaving instead of placing the order.

"Refund was faster than I thought"
I bought something from yosepower.com and then had to cancel it because I realized I chose the wrong item, which was my own mistake really. I was kind of nervous about if the refund would be slow or a problem, because you never know with online orders sometimes.
The support person got back to me after about a day, not super fast but okay enough. The money came back to my account in around 3 days, which was quicker than I was expecting. Communication could maybe be a bit better, but the refund part was good and not a big headache.

For me, the build quality is just okay. It feels decent when I use it, but I definitely noticed a few parts that come across as kind of cheap. I was hoping it would feel a little sturdier overall.

The motor kit seemed fine at first, but after just a few rides the controller started cutting out on me. I checked the plugs and the battery because I figured maybe I missed something, but it kept doing the same thing. Support did get back to me, but it took a while. Maybe I just got a bad unit, I don’t know, but I feel like it should’ve been more reliable than this. Not the worst experience, just kind of disappointing.

"Capacity feels lower than it should"
It works fine for basic use, but the capacity really doesn’t seem to be what they claim. I kept noticing it running out sooner than expected, it just feels a bit off. It’s usable, but the lower-than-advertised capacity is kind of frustrating. I expected more, and it keeps feeling like I’m getting less than I paid for.

I ordered a battery from yosepower.com, but the one that showed up wasn’t the exact model I picked. It looked similar at first, but the connector was different, so it wouldn’t fit my bike at all.
I reached out to support and they did eventually respond, but it took a few days, and I had to send the same photos more than once. What made it more frustrating was getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies instead of someone just clearly explaining what was going on.
They did offer a fix in the end, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be. If you’re selling bike batteries, getting the exact model and connector right should be basic.

I was really disappointed with how long the delivery took. I waited way longer than I should have, and there weren’t any clear updates along the way. at this point I’d at least expect an apology for the delay and the lack of communication.

"Range is way lower than expected"
I bought a Yose Power battery hoping it would give me a decent range, but it drops way faster than I expected. On my usual route, I’m getting much less distance than I thought I would, even when I’m using pedal assist and not riding aggressively.
Charging seems fine, but range was the main reason I bought it. When I contacted support, it felt like they were putting the blame on how I ride instead of really looking into the issue, which was frustrating. Disappointed overall and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was hoping this would be a simple fix, but the connector didn’t fit my bike at all. So that was a fun little surprise. Maybe it works for other bikes, but definitely not mine

"Helpful Support and a Solid Fix"
I had a battery issue and reached out to tech support. It took a little longer than I hoped to hear back, but once they got to me, they explained everything in a way I could actually follow and helped get it sorted out. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out
